Service Description
This workshop is designed to encourage your mind and body to open into Fall. The poses will focus on lungs, chest, and throat to open. We will use props and have ample amount of time in each pose. Then while in savsana you will receive a treatment from Adele Muir, Licensed Acupuncturist designed to release and let go of physical and emotional tension, strengthen the Metal element (Lungs and Large Intestine) and boost immune system.
