Service Description

This workshop is designed to encourage your mind and body to shift with the seasons. The poses will focus on chest, side body,and back to open. We will use props and have ample amount of time in each pose for assists. Then while in savsana you will receive a treatment from Adele Muir, Licensed Acupuncturist designed to open the heart space, soothe and calm the mind and body. As well as points to support the immune system.
